They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.

Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
