They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is one of the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I highly recomend Dr. Kirven and his office/staff. They do care about us for who we are as people. I would have been very proud to work there, as I worked for doctors and a hospital for many years is the past.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain.

They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. Their staff is very friendly and professional.
