They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. My appointments don't usually get canceled here, but it's not unheard of due to being a surgeon. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen.

They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. They were a little too argumentative and angry. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while.
