They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease.

Dr McDonough has treated my son 3 times now and we have never encountered one problem. Helpful and kind.

The Doctor did not take the step's to make me feel cared for or well informed. I'm just another number. The staff seems to have more on their plates than they could handle. Non-emergency calls returned in 24 to 48 hours in not good patient care. Front desk was cold and not friendly enough. They lack compassion or understanding the importance of individual patient care. The doctor didn't seem like he wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say. The Doctor has very poor and non-committal bedside manner
