The office staff was very courteous and professional. Doctor Grossman took the time to go over my options and followed up my visit with a personal call to answer any further questions I had.

Dr. Grossman was professional, kind, and effective. It's hard to find someone who you can trust with your health, especially when it affects your livelihood, and family relationships. The staff was friendly and professional, the same goes for his P.A. Shelby. I highly recommend, there is nothing better than having a professional team on your side. I just wanted to make sure that everyone knows that I give 5 stars to every question, just incase it doesn't show.

Dr. Grossman and Ms. Kirby were so amazing for my whole experience. I had a few injections over a period of time. That didn't really help. So we decided to go with the surgery route. My whole surgery experience was perfect. Dr. Grossman and his surgery team were awesome. The Thousand Oaks surgery center was absolutely incredible. I most definitely recommend Dr. Grossman and his team for anybody having spinal issues.

On today's visit my experience was pretty pleasant, I feel as if the Doctors's are trying there best to get me the treatment that i so desperately need at this time and i thank them for that.

My experience with Dr. Grossman and the entire staff has been very positive. Anytime I've had questions either of the phone or in person they have always been answered in a timely and professional manor. Dr. Grossman and the staff have always had a very caring attitude and have taken the time to make sure at all times that i have been taken care of.
