If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many. They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Although I have seen them apologize for some mistakes it doesn't happen very often. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain.
