They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. In fact, I was a walk-in! They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I was so grateful, I baked the Doctor an apple pie!
