All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

Dr. Morgan is a true professional and was extremely caring and careful every step of the way. I had major concerns when contemplating the procedure he was suggesting and he put my profession and personal needs ahead of his own. I sincerely cannot thank him enough and his support staff is extremely nurturing and above average at what they do. Thank you Dr. Morgan and also the entire staff!


They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Dr. Morgan specializes in "scaredy cats." Which are people that have fear of going to the dentist, anxiety, low tolerance for pain, PTSD, etc. Dr. Morgan is the kindest oral surgeon I've ever gone to and I'm not scared to have teeth pulled or have posts put into my mouth. He's

When I went in to get the final part of the tooth implant finished, they saw that the gum wasn't ready yet, so they returned my money, even though I would be coming back, they didn't feel they had a right to tie it up. Nice!
