Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.

Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. Their state-of-the-art facility offers some of the latest equipment in orthopedic surgery I have ever seen. It was such a relief to know they had such an outstanding and impressive facility. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

Their staff seemed adequate, knowledgeable and qualified. The business is in a very safe area. The staff and physician were calm and understanding the entire time. We know the woman who takes the xrays and have had her help before. She is super friendly and easy to talk to/ ask questions. We never had the Dr. before, but he was thorough and seemed very competent and knowledgable. He highlighted concerns related to the injury and was able to squeeze us in for a follow up.
