I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. Their eye equipment was state-of-the-art and really sophisticated. It's so much better than other optometrists I've been to. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule.

It was very easy to get an appointment. Their full attention was on me and it made me feel respected. They were very sympathetic to my situation. I am a new patient at this office. This was my first visit. My glasses had broken while I was in Europe so I need help quickly when I returned. After the eye exam,, I was told my new glasses would only take 5 to 7 working days.

Would recommend the doctor, but not the billing practices.
I went to this doctor for an eye exam and subsequently purchased glass's. After paying $530.00 out of my own pocket and the doctor billing my insurance company on top of that amount, I received a bill for a balance due of $26.00. I called this office to obtain a copy of my prescription and was told I could have gotten my prescription at the time of the exam, however now I had to pay the $26.00 balance due before I could get it. I guess the almost one thousand dollars they were paid did not cover the actual prescription.
