Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit?
Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable
Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this provider's office?
Not really

Yes
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most.

It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They are so courteous when it comes to offering glasses repairs or adjustments. They'll fix them right in front of you, no waiting necessary. I'll definitely be going back. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.
