There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.

My regular doctor was unavailable and instead I was seen by someone I never met before. The office staff was short and rude while talking to me (something I have experienced in the past). I was told by the doctor that the cost of both my visit and testing would be about $200. I was charged $75 for the office visit and then another $490 for testing through Jordan Hospital and Plymouth Pathology Associates, P.C. $565 total I was billed for my annual visit? At the very end of my appointment I was given a number for another facility located right down the street from Plymouth OB. They informed me that the same services I had done at Plymouth OB amounting in $565 in medical bills would have only cost me about $41 with them.
