They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly and professional. All my questions are always answered.

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.

My daughter had very bad eczema on her angles and legs. It looked so bad that she was afraid to wear shorts, dresses and skirts in the hot summer days. I have taken her to numerous dermatologists (even one in the same building as Dr.Tang’s office), but had no luck getting even just a manageable solution. Thanks goodness we found Dr. Tang. He was able to cure it within a week of her visit! My daughter gained her confidence back; she now proudly wears skirts, shorts and dresses!
I was totally satisfied with Dr. Tang’s service. He provides detail explanations in layman terms and is very patient with kids. I highly recommend him.
