I highly recommend Dr Buehler.

I was in pain starting at 3am Jan 1st till 36 hours later when i saw Dr Buehler. A cracked tooth that had been slightly temperature and pressure sensitive finally gave out. The endodontic specialist and another dentist agreed root canal would be a waste since the crack in the tooth went below the gum line. Even though everyone said they hate to say it, the tooth had to come out. But by the time this was determined, it was friday at 2:30 on the day after new years day with the weekend about to start in hours. Dr Buehler was the 5th oral surgeon that the endodontics specialist called and said to come on over.

Once i got there, the really pleasant assistant Jen gave me a choice of a zillion flavors for topical anti-pain gel; i choose raspbery and she swabbed it on. Dr Buehler explained that after the injections of pain killer in my check and gums he would try to extract but that some teeth are too "hot" to remove and cause pain even with all the lidocaine. If that was the case, i would have to take anitbiotics to kill the infection causing the pain and come back in 5 to 6 days.

After i was totally numbed in the area, he proceed to remove the tooth. All i could feel was the smallest of movements, hardly anything. No pain removing the tooth. Absolutely none. And it was done in a flash. The most pain were the injections of the lidocaine!

I don't have dental insurance and due to the pain did not shop around for pricing so i rated both those as N/A.
