I have been going to Dr. Copeland pretty much since she opened her doors, referred by a friend. I was a mess when I showed up at that first appointment, but she got me set straight almost immediately- I was 100% better! Now I go maybe once a year for tuneups. What I love most about her is the method that she uses for adjustments- she doesn't "crack your back" by wrenching your neck (I love how most chiropractors say "relax" before grabbing hold of your neck and performing a maneuver that feels like it's going to kill you). Caryl uses an activator, which is a little device that gently pops your bones back into the correct position. She performs slight muscle testing to determine what adjustments you need. The whole process is incredibly gentle and just as incredibly effective.

Caryl is the best. I've been seeing her for years off and on for two herniated disks in my neck. The neurosurgeon wanted to operate. I said no. Caryl fixed me in just 5 quick visits. Now I go back for a "tweek" about once a year.
Cornelia is wonderful too.
