Yes; the equipment is very advanced!

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They make an extra effort to communicate with their patients, and even updated me every time I visited about where I was at in the recovery process and how much progress I had made. It was encouraging to know how much recovery I was making at each appointment. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
