I had never had any sort of oral surgery done before, and was EXTREMELY nervous that I had to go for an extraction! I even called ahead and talked to a receptionist, to ask what they were going to be doing for the pain, and told her how nervous I was. She gave me suggestions to calm my nerves before going in for the appointment.
When I arrived, the waiting room was a very relaxed environment. Not like other waiting rooms I had been in before. I didn't have to wait long before it was time for me to go in.
The dental assistants were very helpful & caring. They knew I was nervous and told me that they would be there for me if I needed anything.
The dentist came in and introduced himself to me. He went through the steps of the procedure with me, and then he got started. With the first shot of Novocain, I felt a little pinch. After that, the other shots didn't hurt at all.
The extraction of the tooth took no more than two minutes. It was SO fast and PAINLESS! All of a sudden, the dentist said "we're all done." I didn't even know he had already removed the tooth!
I am going back to him next month to have my wisdom teeth removed.
I HIGHLY recommend this dentist to everyone!

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. The doctor told me he would get back to me with information, two months later I still haven't heard from him. I went to pick up my records to go elsewhere. Also, the doctor told me he wouldn't charge me a copay until a plan was settled. Of course, I got a bill for my co-pay. Most disappointing was the doctor's treatment of my 17 year old daughter. He was not nice, not compassionate at all! When my son went to him a couple of years ago, we had a totally different experience, it was great. Now, I will NEVER go again!
