My calls are answered in a timely manner and being placed on hold has never occurred in this office. If the secretary is looking for an appointment she will be speaking to me and asking me questions while she is searching. They will try there very best to get me in as soon as possible. If I have testing, they get the report results to me ASAP as well as a follow up office call, if needed, immediately. They will also suggest that I call each morning to see if there has been a cancellation for me at an earlier time. Highly recommend this office because the physician is highly qualified, the office is professional, efficient, comfortable, and CLEAN........

They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.
