One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. I didn't mind that they scheduled all of my procedures for the same day. Normally that might have bothered me, but all of my procedures were very simple, and could be done at the same time. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Yes everything was neat and sterile

Yes, I saw some before and after photos
Did this provider ever postpone your appointment?
Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible
Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed?
Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

No, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.
Did this cosmetic surgeon recommend scheduling multiple procedures at once?
No, they made sure that I would have my procedures on separate days to reduce the risk
