It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. Their equipment was really impressive; safe, up-to-date, and well taken care of. Remembering clients by name is not a very big concern for the staff here because every time I come in for an appointment I constantly have to remind them who I am. It would be nice to be recognized at least once is all I'm saying.

Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her
Was the waiting area spacious?
No, but I can always find a seat

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time
