They've never pressured me to get any enhancements that I didn't need or wasn't interested in. They're always very respectful. I felt a lot safer and more comfortable when they gave me detailed, written information about their policies for a second procedure if something were to go wrong with the first. I wasn't worried at all going into surgery. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more.
