My pain was not lessened after my visit. I felt no difference at all and was still in pain when I left. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there.

All this after I waited for over an hour! I would not recomend this office to anyone!!

A little. I kept hoping it would go away.

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.
