They knocked before entering the exam room, and even waited for me to reply that I was ready before entering. They really respected my privacy. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more.

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I wasn't pressured here to use any particular medications or birth controls. All my questions were answered and nothing was pushed on me. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I love how friendly and welcoming they are here. They always go out of their way to make me feel right at home and comfortable.
