Dr. Radha Vinnakota is an ENT and allergy specialist. Our entire family has been going to her for the past 8 years. Anytime we need medical care we first went to our primary care, if it is ear, nose and throat or allergy related problem, our primary care doctor took care of it first. If the problem did not resolve, then we went to see Dr. Radha Vinnakota. All these years, she was there for us when ever we needed her. She was there for us during after hours, weekends or on holidays, it it is a medical emergency. Inspite of her being extremely busy, if she happens to be in the office when the staff is not, she picks up her own phone. We are truly fortunate to have such a highly qualified compassionate specialist to be our doctor. We are also very happy with her office and staff, they go out of their way to help us with the appointments, communications between the doctor and us and yes, with the billing department! If they make a mistake (we all do!), and we bring it to their attention or if they themselves realized it, they always corrected the same. In summary, we love and respect Dr. Radha Vinnakota and love her staff.

Extremely careless doctor, doesn’t follow up with patient, doesn’t explain or answer questions. My husband and therefore me had the worst experience ever with this doctor and this office. The receptionist was extremely un-professional and rude. The doctor started treating my husband and after three weeks with NO improvement, when we tried to get a follow up visit it was just IMPOSSIBLE. They (doctor and receptionist) simply Did Not Care. I am still shaking from the conversation my husband just had with the receptionist on the phone. How can a professional speak like that to a patient? We are paying you way too much to be treated like this. I feel this doctor was Not knowledgeable and informed on the different medications that could be used and the side effects, lacked on patient care, extremely difficult to schedule visits with, lack of follow up….I could go on and on as I regret the day we choose to go to this doctor to seek treatment for my husband. Please read this review and make a note of it

I urge everyone that reads reviews for this doctor to never go to see her. The worst doctor I have ever been to. Three times in a row my appointments have been cancelled because she has been sick and there is no one else available even if you're dying sick. Worst case was when I called one time to leave an appointment and to drop the Cat scan that she had asked me to take,(after two canceled appointments) the receptionist (I think it was her family member or husband, because I can not imagine a receptionist to say what I am about to tell you) told me "how dare you" that I asked for an urgent appointment since the doctor is sick again. Have you no shame, he/she told me, and after I said well let the Dr call me, and if she can't to let me know that I should go to another dr. "go to another doctor they will screw you" she said !!!!!Mind you she had been treated me for almost a month and I had no improvements what so ever. It was just sinusitis (strong headaches) for god's sakes. At the end the "receptionist" told me "get lost" and hung up on me. The doctor is very rude, and she seems not to care too much if you ask her questions. I asked her are the side effects of a drug that she prescribed, and she chuckled and said nothing it will make you feel better, what else you want. She has a MD degree from India. Maybe that's the way they treat patients over there, but not here my friends. We pay too much money on Insurance to be treated like this..She has offices in both Clark and Warren. Again, you will make a big mistake if you ever go to see this doctor.
