The clinic and the staff is the most unprofessional facility I have ever dealt with. The staff is rude and do not care to respond to your queries till you are totally exhausted chasing them. They are often uninformed on simple things like can the doctor discuss something over call or do I need to come in. When I had an issue and called, the first staff member asked me to call and the doctor would discuss the results. And then when I call, they say she is with a patient and call after few minutes. And when I do call them after few minutes, they put me on hold for 10 mins after which they tell me, I need to come in. When asked that why was I informed it would be discussed over a call, I was told, that is never the case and I need to take an appointment and come in.

As if that was not enough, it took me only 4 extra calls and 20 mins of total waiting time to get them mail my reports. And that was not without reminding them how we have jobs too.

The doctor in itself hasn't been the best. While she is ok in person to talk to, I often felt she was in a hurry and not giving appropriate attention.

The facilities are bad at the Rutherford location. After visiting my current gynecologist, I cringe thinking how I managed to be treated at Dr.Irani at all.

If you have an option, please avoid this facility.

Never will i visit this place AGAIN! they need to redo the entire space as everything is very data. not not to mention that i spent almost TWO HOURS TO SEE THE DOCTOR. the visit was quick and she didn't answer my question. and I've been trying to get my test results this entire week but no one can tell me if anything came up. very unorganized i would avoid atvall cost. The staff didn't seem to know a whole lot about the company they worked for. Every single time I'd ask them a question, they'd refer me to someone else. It was very frustrating. They were rather rude during my visit. I didn't feel like I was being treated with a whole lot of respect. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I did experience some pain that I felt could have been avoided, but it wasn't too bad. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.

Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves

I've gone to Dr. Irani for at least 12 years. The staff seems overworked but very good at handling the constantly ringing phones and paperwork, etc. I have always found this doctor (and also her partner that I saw about twice when my doctor was out delivering a baby. Sometimes the wait can be pretty long. Some times not. I always bring a book and wait because I am very happy with her care. When test have shown problems she has called me personally to let me know. She also never billed me for differences between her actual charge and what my insurance paid when it was only a few dollars. I feel like I am in good hands with her care and advice.
