Not at all! There were barriers everywhere making it impossible for handicapped people to enter

This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them.

Yes, and waited for me to answer before coming in

Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.
