The girls in the office are not very polite. The doctor decides to change every patient from one birth control pill to another although the original one is working fine, specifically when it is prescribed because of a health problem. They will not give a reason as to why the doctor is changing the medication. All they will tell you is that he is changing everyone's medication. That makes me wonder what his motive or incentive is by the pharmaceutical company. Then, when you would like an answer on the phone, they want you to come into the office, where you have to pay for a visit, so you can have time to talk to the doctor about his motives. When you deal with many doctors, you know they can get on the phone and talk to you, or call you back. They also have a reason for a change. When there isn't a reason, it makes you wonder what the motives are.
