The doctor is respectful to the staff as well as the patient. I do have to wait at times for them to answer after being put on hold. I haven't seen any coupons and they never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. Staff was ok, helpful, but not overly friendly or outgoing. I really do like the doctor, over-all. He is very knowledgable and really helped me!

One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more.
