The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff.

I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, and if they were answered it was with attitudes from the Doctors workers. And I felt worse when I left. I was very unimpressed with their level of skill. It seemed like they had just started yesterday. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. Doctor is great BUT the workers her staff horrible, they gave me attitudes for years, and when I did tell the doctor not once but twice....nothing look like it was of importants, and one of her staff was very disrespectful right in front of the Doctor Dalia Pando, she didn't even say not a word to her worker.......sorry I will speak to my assistant.......nothing no apologies to me, even when I was speaking to the Doctor from the back of the room, where my child was being seen, you can still hear her worker talking loud and talking about me from far....I couldn't believe it, Doctor was there in the room with me and she and I can heard her workers and Dr Dalia Pando didn't say anything.....so that is why I took my kids to another doctor, never had a problem with the Doctor but her workers had nasty attitudes, and made me feel uncomfortable.

Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!

Not at all! There were barriers everywhere making it impossible for handicapped people to enter

Not at all. If the pediatrician is unavailable, my child will not be seen

Only if I couldn't find a better substitute

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Yes; the equipment is very advanced!

I love that whenever my child is sick, they get them in right away. I never have to worry that my child will have to suffer while waiting for an appointment. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories.
