Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider?
Practically Impossible

Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. I always tell my friends looking for a new OBGYN to go here. Its one of the best doctors offices I've ever been to. He is wonderful.

I have been visiting Doctor Musha from past year. He is excellent at what he does. One look and he will tell what exactly is going on and the next steps. He is one of the best doctors i have ever seen in my life. I will recommend him without thinking twice. Why 3 and a half stars? Doctor Musha gets more than 5 stars, it is staff weighing him down.

The office staff is horrible (not all of them, but most). The lady who sits at the computer and in general reception area, she is pathetic. She acts as if she is doing you you a favor by talking to you. Trust me.. She hardly ever talks politely. Getting any of the staff members to answer about your questions is like talking to a cranky software, only it knows when and how it may respond. If you want to speak to the doctor about anything, he will not come on the phone, they won't get back to you as well.... ever. I had to get a test done on a particular day, however, there were some pre-requisite conditions to be met before i went for the blood work. It happened to happen a little late, so all i wanted to know if I could give my blood a day early? They promised to call me back when i asked to speak to the doctor, they NEVER CALLED.

Appointments with the doctor can be scheduled easily, be ready to wait 3 to 4 hours to get into the examination room and an additional 20 minute wait for the doctor to see you. Why so bad? They only ask you to come on a certain day, They don't SCHEDULE appointments. They are never recorded. I suspect, if someone walks to the reception girl and says, I have a appt today, she will write the name down and ask them to wait... no checking the system for prior appointments. They have absolutely no respect for patient's time and feelings...

You may wonder, How about the results? Let me tell you, They will NEVER call even if there is something SERIOUSLY WRONG. You have to keep calling them. They will put you on hold for at least 20 minutes to tell you if the results are in or you may have to wait even longer.

Why put up with so much nonsense, the answer is simple, for the doctor. I highly doubt if the doctor is unaware of what is going on in his office.. Dr. Musha, why don't you ask those ladies to do their jobs properly and organize your office? Why don't you fire them if they are bringing your office a bad name?

Dr Musha has been mine doctor for 3 years now. He is a great doctor and I would recommend him hands down to anyone. I do have a huge problem with his staff. The average waiting time is about 3 hours. the staff schedules several patients at the same time. Its almost impossible to speak to anyone over the phone without being put on hold for about an hour, disconnecting the line, dialing back and again being put on hold. they will never call you about the test results even if something is terribly wrong, you need to have the patience to keep calling them to get the results. Last time, the staff did not even pass the results of my blood work to the doc even after 8 days, it was lying in the fax machine. U literally have to plead with the person who manages the billing and appointments to get her to speak to you. I dont know what she thinks of herself but she should not that playing god will not help her in anyways. She is getting a lot of bad karma because of how she treats all the patients.
