They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here.

Dr. Madis took care of me and delivered my first two children. You could not ask for a more compassionatem friendly physician for such a life changing experience. I would be confident for the same amount of caring in helping women now.

The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.
