Parents in my community don't respect them at all. They are definitely not recommended by any of the parents I know. They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. They would not leave me alone, and kept suggesting that I buy products that I felt were completely unnecessary.
