It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them. This provider has very little helpful information available online, and what they do have is hard to find. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette. They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.
