They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me.

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. One of my pet peeves is bad breath, and one thing that I have always noticed about this provider is that they never have bad breath. I've never even noticed a smell at all. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.
