Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish.
But,
Dr. Fallon is vary nice and polite...i like her nature, the way she speak to her patients. she is my first choice even telephone number 201-254-1515 is worst in service.
It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic.

They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I am confident that I was called the minute my test results were ready-fastest I've ever seen. They were extremely polite on the phone as well.

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.
