My first visit to this office. The wait was a little long but well worth it. The nurse Nikita was a big help she eased my nerves about my first procedure.

I was experiencing stomach pain & called Dr Guss - I had to wait 2 weeks to see him in his office. He wanted me to have an endoscopy & scheduled me for (another) 2 weeks later for that procedure. I said, 'NO! I can't wait that long!' I would go to the hospital. He was able to get me in 2 days later (I found out he is part owner of that 'Advanced Endoscopy' office) I went & waited in reception 3 hours for the procedure (after fasting at that point for 17 hours). You cannot drive after because of the sedation & I got a ride. My 'ride' was told I would be 1 1/2 hours & went to get a bite. I was 'finished' in less than an hour & was turned out into an empty reception room still sedated - nobody was behind the desk- after 5 minutes of waiting I used their phone to call my ride. My husband was not happy about it as I was woozy wandering around alone. I had 3 biopsies collected & I have not heard from Dr Guss in nearly a month - They said to wait 2 weeks I called them twice to find out 1st time he wasn't available - the 2nd time he was on vacation (3 weeks after biopsy) & then today almost a month later I called again & was told my results. Never again.
