I was very surprised that they didn't want to answer my questions at all. In fact, they just ignored all of my questions. I do not agree with the way they do business here, it is always their way or the highway. They are so uncooperative if a customer complains and are never willing to admit if they are wrong. The one thing I couldn't believe during my appointment was that they took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude. They need to treat their staff with more respect. They weren't overly rude but they could have been a lot nicer.
