I wish I had researched all these ratings before I called up and went to this Dr. with my problem. It was bad enough I caught a STD. Okay so that was my fault. But the two women working there are whispering and smirking because they know. They do a poor job of hiding their gossip when I came out the bathroom after I cried. What is so funny you two b!+che$? Where is my privacy and respect? I know the patients in that teeny little lobby could hear them. Don’t go to this Dr. unless you want everyone to know your PERSONAL secrets. I feel so sad in so many ways now. And these women did not make me feel better.

Doctor Anu Charkrabroty was listed on my Horizon EPO plan. Her office was close to my job. I called up and got an appointment in two days. My time in the waiting room was not that long. Their bathroom was very clean. My pet peeve is I don’t like carrying my urine out of the bathroom in an open cup without a lid or cap to prevent a spill. The doctor was fine. In my experience the smart doctors are not always very touchy feely or overly friendly. Its okay, that doesn’t matter to me much. She ran the right tests and I will be feeling better soon. Not great, not bad, just decent medical care which is all I am concerned with getting.

This office is not a place where I want to go back any more. The quality of care and medicine is okay and I can get an appointment fast. But I agree with other ladies reviews before me. This doctor is completely cold and it feels like she doesnt care. She was not mean or anything. I started crying when talking to her about my health scare. She didnt offer me a tissue. She walked out the room ! I was so confused ??? Was she getting me a medicine sample or some information to have me read or calling my doctor ? Nothing. She came back a few minutes later and did my pelvic exam and asked me more questions. I know I asked her for the generic drug, but she never checked the box to on my prescription and I had to wait for the pharmacy to get a call back from her office to ask if they could substitute. The name drug is way too expensive. The staff is not very business like and their conversations are quite loud while you wait long until they finish chatting with one other to call you.

I first went to this Doctor in 2005, I received a letter in the mail that her office recently changed. She took my insurance, so I made an appointment. I have family history with glandular problems and wanted to get tested. My tests came out fine, but I left two messages to please call me back with the results for a week. The office manager was not polite when I told them no one returned my two calls. What if I was in labor? Blue Cross covered most of my bill minus my copay. I have not seen the blood lab bill yet though. The doctor makes you feel like another number and mixed up my name on my prescription. She did do a very good diagnosis and the right tests for me, and I am relieved. I have my doubts if I could reach them in an emergency.

Easy to get an appointment. Convenient location. You sit for a long time in the waiting room. This doctor is very smart but she has poor interpersonal skills. Can not get my lab results. The receptionist was rude on the phone and rushed me.
