This office is gossip central! The office manager finds little time to work too busy gossiping. Poor reflection of the doctor who is excellent. Too many foot doctors in our area to subject oneself to this kind of nonsense. Can't believe the doctor allows this. Approached others in the office regarding this issue and Was offered an apology - not enough! Too bad! After reading the previous posts I obviously am not the only unhappy patient. Someone needs to wake up in this office. She's casting a poor light on this office single handedly.

Love..love...love Dr Steinfeld! Kind, patient and most knowledgeable! Diagnosed my mothers problem immediately and treated her conservatively! It is over a month since our visit and Mom is pain free! The only negative. about our visit was the LOUD receptionist...... Even Mom, who is hard of hearing, found her loud and annoying. Mom said her ears hurt! I also was a bit uncomfortable hearing her gossiping to a patient in the next room. Can't say I've heard anyone brag about themselves more. Felt that was not appropriate behavior for a doctors office. Aside from that I would recommend this doctor without hesitation.

Accompanied my elderly mother for her appointment, and was thoroughly impressed. The doctor was kind, patient and most knowledgeable. He was quick to see my other was anxious and calmed her immediately. The office was immaculate and most of the staff were very nice. My only complaint is that one of the secretaries was way overboard in discussing her personal life. Within 15 minutes of our arrival I knew all about her family, where they worked and was provided with pictures on her phone. I felt this was completely unprofessional. I did not want to appear rude, but I made Mom's next appointment when I knew she wouldn't be there. Other than that one announce, I was thoroughly impressed!
