Dr Scalfani and her office staff are unprofessional and very rude! They have no manners and could care a less about their patients. We have been going there 5 years and are switching to a nicer eye Dr. Service is horrible! Nasty people!!!!

Dr. Sclafani is the best eye doctor I've ever been to. She took her time trying to find the correct contacts to fit my vision. I came back week after week trying different prescriptions until we finally found the one that was perfect for my vision. Not too many doctors take their time and use trial and error to fit you with the correct contacts and/or eye glasses. It was very refreshing to see that there are still caring, patient eye doctors out there.

When I called the office, my call was answered immediately by a friendly and professional staff member. I was pleased when I was given an appointment within the week. When I arrived for the appointment, I was greeted immediately by the receptionist. The waiting room was very pleasant, nicely decorated, neat, and comfortable, and I waited just a few minutes for the doctor. The office was modern and seemed to have the latest equipment. Dr. Sclafani was quite personable and made every effort to make sure that my questions and concerns were addressed. I felt that she took her time and did a very thorough exam. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. However, I have returned for several follow-up visits for adjustments and was never billed for them. Everyone in the office was very professional and went out of their way to make this a completely positive experience. I would definitely recommend this doctor.

I think so

Sort of, I wasn't entirely convinced she/he knew what they were talking about
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places
