The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.

My input was completely ignored here in regards to my treatment method. They made me feel stupid for saying anything at all. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They would not leave me alone, and kept suggesting that I buy products that I felt were completely unnecessary. I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. I don't think they like to help people save money.

Dr. Kumar and his staff always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their patientss first is definitely a priority and it shows. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.

They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here.
