Dr Rich has an extremely pleasant, personable manner. He makes me feel confident in his approach to my issues. He suggests much less invasive treatments than have previously been suggested. So far there has been a vast improvement. THe staff is friendly, helpful and accommodating. I already have recommended him to others.

They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs.

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. Their equipment was very advanced and sophisticated. I was very impressed! They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
