The doctor was so friendly and made my daughter and I feel extremely welcome. Sandy has a great manner. The office was clean and pleasant. Dr. Kuhn goes above and beyond what is expected. It is always a pleasant experience to take my child to see her.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I was pleased with their waiting room chairs; they were pretty comfy. Much better than some other offices I've been to. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.

Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.
