I think Dr. Kwak is GREAT! He really takes the time to listen to your issues and works hard at getting to the root of your problem. He looks at the whole picture instead of just the symptom. My husband went to see Dr. Kwak at his other office with a lump in his neck. Dr. Kwak recommended an ENT Doctor and followed up making sure my husband went to the appointment. Thank God because he was diagnosed with cancer. Dr. Kwak is our hero. We would and do recommend him to anyone. Both my husband and I have been to the new office and it is very comfortable. The girls at the desk are very friendly and helpful. We are very happy with the new set-up.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. What I really loved was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt so welcome and will definitely be with them for the long haul.
