Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here.
