They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office.

They fit me in immediately. However the front desk staff kept me waiting for 10 min before they acknowledged that I was even there. The office was not busy in the least and the check in receptionist stayed in the back of the office talking to another staff member!!! After 1 1/2 hours of waiting Dr. Toome came in and spoke with me for a total of 5 min with her 3 techs and wanted me to buy about $200 worth of product from her for eczema!!!! Never again will I go back to this Dr! Her staff is horrible the wait time is even worse and she is only out to get money!!!!
