Never, they are very reliable.

Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem.

I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.

All the time! I think I got a gray hair while I was waiting

No, they close exactly on schedule despite any circumstances

Somewhat. But I mostly felt ignored.
Does this provider remember you by name?
Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!
Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment?
Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.
