Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

The staff is very friendly and professional. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience-they were minimally staffed and I received good service. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. Dr. Merlo was never been late to any of my appointments-in fact when I showed up late she accomodated me professionally and quickly. I've even showed up early sometimes and Dr. Merlo has always been ready and prepared. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when Dr. Merlo told me about newer practices and technologies and how she was incorporating that knowledge into the practice. Dr. Merlo distinguished herself from the other 3 GI's that I saw before her by identifying and solving my food intolerences-she is the best in my book!

Definitely, they had one person trying to do everything
