Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help

No, but they thoroughly explained why every vaccination was important
Did this pediatrician allow you to be with your child at all times?
Absolutely. They make sure I am always able to be with my child at all times
Was this pediatrician able to answer all your questions about immunizations?
All of them! They also gave me more information that I wasn't aware of

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.

Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was!

Not at all! They were always present and attentive

Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

No, they don't over-treat my child
If your child is sick can the pediatrician see him/her on the same day?
No, but they're usually seen pretty quickly

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Their equipment here is safe, well taken care of, and also kid friendly. My child always seem comfortable in their care. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.
