They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They were really fantastic and performed a virtually pain-free eye examination.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.
